I should admit that, this piece of music can be the most valuable jewelry among the toppest Classical Persian Music as you might agree. To my knowledge, with listening to this song we would hear and feel the energetic voice of IRAJ ایرج together with the violin of Yahaghi پرویز یاحقی so profoundly. "Golhaye Taze No. 8" was accomplished during the Spring of year 1972 for the Iranian National Radio. In this EXCELLENT concert: Parviz Yahaghi پرویز یاحقی and Farhang Sharif فرهنگ شریف have done an outstanding perfomance as well./nParviz Yahaghi (پرویز یاحقی) was a distinguished Iranian composer and violinist. He was born in Tehran in 1936 and died in Tehran in 2007. His birth name was "Parviz Sedighi Parsi". His ability in playing violin, his compositions, and his musical director's role made him a central figure in Persian music during his lifetime. In the 1960s and 1970s he composed hundreds of pieces both for violin and for celebrated singers in Iran such as Banan, Marzie, Delkash, Pouran, Elahe, Homeyra, Mahasti, Dariush Rafei, Siavosh (Shajarian), Golpayegani, and Iraj. His creative style of playing has influenced almost all Iranian violinists of his time. Lotfollah Majd لطف الله مجد - He was born in 1917 in the north part of Iran (Shahi City or Sari City). He had no formal musical training but as a child he taught himself to play the TAR instrument تار by listening to the gramophone records and imitating the sound ... also the musical effects produced by various musicians. He created a unique style of playing this instrument with great sensitivity and produced a sweet tone. When Rouhollah Khaleghi روح الله خالقی founded the National Music Society Orchestra in the 1944, Mrs. Majd was invited to play the Tar in that ensemble. He was considered a favorite performer in the Golha programs and composed a few songs for the Golha Orchestra. Rouhollah Khaleghi arranged his work Suz-e Hejran for orchestra. The lyrics were written by Abolhassan Varzi عبدالحسن وزریری . His most famous composition is Omid-e Del (with lyrics by Moayyed Sabeti موید ثابتی ). This work was first performed by Qolamhossein Banan غلامحسین بنان . He suffered a stroke and died in 1978 while he was waiting in a gas-station line.

Th words are from AMIRI FIROOZ-KOOHI (1909-1985) read by FAKHRIE NIKZAD./nبتازگی برخی جوانان و نوجوانان در ایران " ایرج " را بنام "حسین خواجه امیری" می شناسند که این نام اگرچه نا م واقعی اوست اما "حسین خواجه امیری" بی شناسنامه است و می بایستی از بکار بردن آن خودداری کرد و تنها نام "ایرج" را بکار برد. ـ در زیر سروده ای از یکی از دوستداران "ایرج" می آورم که براستی از دل او برآمده است آنکه هوش از سر من برد بدر، ایرج بود وانکه روح از تن من کرد جدا، ایرج بود وانکه در وقت نوا یا که به تحریر حجاز از پی شور ز عراق تا به حصار در دل من کرد ندا، ایرج بود منم آن کس که شوم مست ز آشوب خزان دل برگ آنکه در وقت خزانم به ره آورد بهار، ایرج بود/n.... سراینده: پيام/n.... و چه زیبا و جاودان است هنری که ایرج زاینده آن بوده است. هنری که از روز نخست توانست رسوخی ژرف را در دلهای همه دلداران داشته باشد و در درازای زمان وجود اینان را پاک در بر گیرد. از جمله آفرینشهای هنری ایرج گرامی این بود که بخوبی آواز "کوچه باغی" را که چندیست بنام "بیات تهران" شناخته شده است، وارد موزیک کلاسیک ایران کند...در این راستا "بديع زاده" در كتاب خاطراتش «گلبانگ محراب تا بانگ مضراب »" می نویسد که نخستین بار شادروان محمدعلي فروغی بود که "بیات تهران" را بجای "کوچه باغی" را بکار برد. د
